How long does shipping take?
Each mat is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then US delivery is 3–4 business days. You'll get tracking by email.

What are the mats made of?
A smooth printed top that works with both laser and optical mice, on a grippy rubber base that stays put. Easy to wipe clean.

What sizes are available?
Most designs come in Small (12"×18"), Medium (12"×22"), and Large (16"×32"). Exact options are on each product page.

Can I get a custom design?
Yes, of course, we can customize the design, size, or fabric. Head to the "Custom Pads?" section or email us and we'll talk it through.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What's your return policy?
Made-to-order items aren't returnable for change of mind, but damaged, defective, or wrong orders get a free replacement or refund. See our Returns page.
