Not happy with your mat? We'll make it right.

Since every mat is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if there's a problem with your order, you're covered.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund; no need to ship anything back.

How refunds work:
Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
