All orders are made to order and shipped from our US facility

Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery within the US usually takes 3–4 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is variable depending on location

• Times are estimates, not guarantees; because busy periods can add a few days.
• Since each mat is made to order, please allow the full production window before reaching out.
