We ship worldwide. Most of our mats are printed to order.
Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery times depend on your location:
- United States & Canada: roughly 3–6 business days after production
- Europe: roughly 5–10 business days after production
- Rest of world: roughly 7–20 business days after production
These are estimates, not guarantees — customs, carrier delays, and busy periods can add time. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time past the estimate, email us at info@mousesnsuch.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
